President
Leads the league, presides over meetings, and ensures compliance with Little League rules and the constitution.
Treasurer
Manages league finances, tracks expenses and income, and provides financial reports.
Secretary
Maintains meeting minutes, league records, and official correspondence.
Baseball & Softball Operations
Umpire Coordinator
Schedules umpires and organizes training (no umpiring expertise required).
Coaching Coordinator
Supports and organizes coaches, provides training resources, and ensures coaching standards.
Softball Director
Oversees softball divisions, operations, and program development.
Baseball Majors Director
Manages operations and scheduling for the Majors Baseball division.
Baseball AAA Director
Manages operations and scheduling for the AAA Baseball division.
Baseball AA Director
Manages operations and scheduling for the AA Baseball division.
Tee Ball / Coach Pitch Coordinator
Assists Player Agents with roster building, updates, and records for Tee Ball and A Baseball / Farm Softball.

Sponsorship Director
Secures sponsors, manages relationships, and coordinates recognition.
Uniform Coordinator
Orders and distributes player and coach uniforms for all divisions.

Purchases, maintains, and distributes league equipment.
Fields & Facilities
Coordinates field preparation, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Concessions Coordinator
Oversees concession stand operations, inventory, and volunteer scheduling.
Communications Director
Handles announcements, email updates, website, and social media.
Safety Officer
Leads the annual safety plan, ensures volunteer background checks, and escalates safety incidents for action.

Plans spring training and develops age-appropriate training plans to support coaches and player development.
